Anarock proposes ₹1,000 crore IPO; Khaitan, Verist, JSA advise

October 13, 2026

Anarock proposes ₹1,000 crore IPO with Khaitan & Co advising the company, Verist Law advising selling shareholders, and other firms involved in the transaction.

Anarock Property Consultants Limited has filed draft papers for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) aggregating ₹1,000 crore. The offering comprises a fresh issue of ₹550 crore and an offer for sale of ₹450 crore by existing shareholders, including Peter Properties Limited and Khushi Trust.

Khaitan & Co is acting as legal advisor to the company on the IPO. Verist Law represents the promoter selling shareholders and other vendors. JSA, Trilegal (TT&A), and Linklaters are also involved in various capacities, with Srishti Ojha (Partner, Khaitan & Co) leading the transaction team.

The IPO marks a significant milestone in India’s real estate services sector. Legal practitioners will note the multi-firm coordination typical in large-scale public issuances, involving compliance under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, and corporate structuring under the Companies Act, 2013. The transaction reflects increased investor interest in proptech and real estate advisory platforms.
