Anmol Industries Limited has announced a proposed initial public offering (IPO) involving an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,800 crore. Trilegal is acting as legal counsel to the company in connection with the offering. The transaction is led by Vinay Sirohia, Partner at Trilegal, with support from Vedansh Batwara (Senior Associate) and associates Lajja Mehta, Anandhakrishnan K, Jasmine Manekshaw, and Vansh Dhoka.

Khaitan & Co is advising the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) on the transaction. The firm’s involvement includes structuring, documentation, and regulatory compliance under SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited is listed as one of the BRLMs.

This transaction reflects ongoing momentum in India’s capital markets, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. For legal practitioners, it highlights the structured division of roles between issuer and underwriter counsel in IPOs, along with the importance of compliance with LODR norms and pre-filing due diligence under BSA and Companies Act frameworks.
