Call for Submissions: Journal of Intellectual Property Laws
The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR) at Institute of Law, Nirma University, is inviting original submissions for Volume X of the Journal of Intellectual Property Laws (JIPL). The deadline for submissions is November 30, 2026. The journal welcomes articles, case comments, and notes on contemporary issues in IP law, including copyright, patents, trademarks, and geographical indications.
Established in 2007, JIPL is a peer-reviewed publication contributing to IP scholarship in India. Submissions must be unpublished and adhere to the journal’s formatting guidelines. The CIPR encourages interdisciplinary approaches, especially those linking IP with technology, health, and development.
This call offers academics, researchers, and practitioners a platform to publish in a recognized Indian IP journal. Authors are advised to focus on doctrinal, empirical, or policy-oriented analyses with clear implications for Indian law or jurisprudence.
